This morning, my family suffered another, albeit much lesser, loss. Yet, the pain is almost as deeply felt. My father’s dog, Nisa, passed away. She had been sick a few times this winter, and was apparently too old to fight off her latest illness.
She was a well-loved pet for 14 years.
I just wanted to let you know why I’m not funny today. Maybe tomorrow.
