I'm pretty sure that this is just somebody trying to steal my e-bay account, since I saw the exact same e-mail in the Alliance g-mail inbox. Anybody else get this piece of trash?

I've gotten that one and the one for paypal. I've deleted them and nothing ever happened to my accounts.
Posted by: Contagion at April 30, 2005 09:44 AM I get a couple of E-mails like that a week lately. I don't even HAVE an account with E-Bay.
The next one I get I'm going to forward to the FBI with a short note. I hate to bother the Feebs while they're busy chasing terrorists but they are the agency that is supposed to handle interstate swindles.
As far as I know, eBay & Paypal don't send out e-mails except for transaction notifications. Anything else is crap.
